Art Sandwiched In: “The Wyeths: A Father and his Family”

“Art Sandwiched In” is an informal lunchtime program with engaging speakers or films held monthly from noon-1pm with coffee and cookies provided. Bring your own bag lunch and feed your hunger for art!

This month, enjoy a special screening of “The Wyeths: A Father and His Family.”

This documentary specifically focuses on the patriarch of the Wyeth Clan, Newell Convers (N.C.). Throughout his career, he illustrated 112 novels, including classics like “Robin Hood,” “Treasure Island,” and “The Last of the Mohicans.” The film is an intimate portrait of the artist that combines home videos, paintings and testimonials from his children. Running time: 58 minutes.

Admission: $3, payable at the door.
