Chocolate Making 101

Discover the art of making molded chocolates. The master chocolatiers of Sappho Chocolates will be demonstrating the different types of chocolates molds one can use and the pros/cons of each type. You will be casting your own chocolates using a lovely gourmet dark chocolate and taking your chocolates home with you after class (if they last that long). Come have some fun & to learn a lot about chocolate..

Dress comfortably & bring an apron or old shirt you don’t mind getting chocolate on.
All other equipment will be provided.
