Doug Rhodehamel builds the Star Wars Universe

If you know me, you know I’m a rather big fan of Star Wars. You also would know I make things from junk. I’m combining these two passions of mine into one big galactic sized project. I’m building 15 Star Wars vehicles from trash and surplus. How cool is this? Very.
I’m building them at 1/10 scale. That’s big. Bigger than any toys you grew up with, but what’s better, they light up, have sound effects and play music and sound bites… LOUD!
This is a Fundraiser. I will have a fully functional X-wing fighter with lots of buttons for you to press as well as a half built TIE fighter for you to have a gander at! But to do so I need to hire electronics nerds and well as machinists. That cost some cash.
