Environmental Panels at Central Florida Earth Day 2016!

An integral piece of Central Florida Earth Day is seven unique environmental panels in the Speakers Tent, featuring environmental and social justice activists, educators, writers, elected and government officials, scientists, community organizers, urban farmers, and more! Come hear from the inspiring group of leaders and visionaries assembled to speak from diverse perspectives, on a wide-range of issues facing our community, state, nation, and world.

Environmental Panels will begin each hour of the event, on the hour, starting at 11am! The Speakers Tent is centrally located within Central Florida Earth Day at Lake Eola Park, right next to the Food Court and across from Earth Day Central.

-11:00 a.m. “Growing Food Not Lawns with Fleet Farming”

-12:00 p.m. “Sustainability in the City: Q & A with Green Works Orlando”

-1:00 p.m. “Intersecting Movements in the Era of Climate Change: Working with Vulnerable Communities for Environmental Justice”
