Exhibition Tour with Curator Amy Galpin, Ph.D.

Join Dr. Amy Galpin for a tour of the current exhibition “This Side of Modernism: Twentieth Century American and British Artists, 1890-1945,” which runs through December 18, 2016.
Drawing from the Museum’s permanent collection, the exhibition “This Side of Modernism” reinforces the notion that there are multiple modernisms and a version of modern art practiced in both the United States and England emphasized representation imagery. The exhibition includes works by artists Vanessa Bell, Arthur Bowen Davies, Roger Fry, William Glackens, Duncan Grant, Childe Hassam, Robert Henri, Jonas Lie, Martin Lewis, Louis Lozowick, Reginald Marsh, Walter Richard Sickert, Graham Sutherland, John Sloan, Guy Carlton Wiggins, and Edward Wolfe.

The Cornell Fine Arts Museum is located on the Rollins College campus. No reservations or tickets are required for this event. Free parking is available on campus and in the SunTrust Garage on Lyman Avenue with a Museum-validated parking stub.
The museum is closed on Mondays, during major holidays and for installation of new exhibitions.
