Join us for this one-of-a-kind live musical performance and meditation experience led by award-winning composer and pianist Ravé Mehta for World Water Month. Ravé will take you on a 1-hour musically induced shamanic journey by playing the piano as a continuous improvisational piece that will slow time down and help you let go so you can drop into a deep, blissful and healing flow state.

Ravé debuted his show FLOW at Dr. Phillips Center in 2015 infusing yoga with performance art to his piano concert, creating what many heralded as a new genre of theatre and performance. Four years later, after performing around the world, Ravé is returning to the Dr. Phillips Center to present his new spin on flow – the piano meditation experience.

Meditation experience is not required and in fact this format is great for first time meditators (or non-meditators) since the music will carry you away and help you let go with little to no effort.

About the Pianist:
Ravé is an award-winning composer, pianist and bestselling author. Ravé is the founder of Flow Labs and has spent 15+ years researching the science behind fear and flow to gain a deeper understanding of how we can learn to access more of our superpowers. Ravé is also the author of ‘The Inventor’, a bestselling graphic novel based on the true story of Nikola Tesla and a recipient of the Tesla Vision Award by the Tesla Science Foundation.
