Healthy Living Series- Yoga for Runners

Track Shack’s Healthy Living Series consists of monthly get-togethers in the store that enrich your healthy lifestyle. Our community of professionals share up-to-the minute information on a variety of wellness and injury prevention topics, teach beginning yoga or present interactive demonstrations.
Stephanie, a runner and student of yoga, has been running with Track Shack’s Five and Dime and MarathonFest programs for three years. She has discovered how integral yoga is to her own running training and life as a mother of two as well! She is compassionate and excited to share yoga with you so that you can also experience the benefits it has to offer runners and enhance their training!
