Join us at Ivanhoe Park Brewing for our monthly pop-up bootcamp event as part of IPB’s wellness Wednesday initiative. This 45-minute bodyweight HIIT workout is appropriate for all fitness levels. Bring a yoga mat if possible, but it’s not required.
Registration includes a complimentary “finisher” beer.
