Milk District Design Charette presented by the Orlando AIA | Young Architects Forum

The Milk District Design Charette presented by the Orlando AIA | Young Architects Forum is free and open to all artists, designers and design professionals who want to join together to create some cool ideas!
The charette will look at multiple sites to brainstorm ideas for the future of the main streets along Bumby and Primrose.
Teams will be composed of recently licensed architects, emerging professionals, and students from Valencia, UCF and UF City Lab Orlando. Members from Orlando Urban Sketchers and community members interested in architecture are also invited to join in the fun.
The Milk District is home to imaginative thinkers and community visionaries from many different backgrounds. The District will share some designs across social media (65,000+ followers) crediting each design team, and use them to help further the improvement of the area. Final boards will also be displayed at the AIA Orlando Conference & Expo.

Participants who are interested in helping with the showcase may be eligible for a scholarship/ assistance with conference registration. Students and emerging professionals may also be eligible to earn AXP Experience through this opportunity. Contact Emily for more information.
