Monday 6:15 PM Running Group

Come run, walk or run/walk with us every Monday at 6:15 PM. This week we’ll run a timed out and back course. 20 minutes out and 20 minutes back. We’ll all start together and finish together! Perfect route for all levels with some beautiful shaded roads. We have two great run leaders in Seth Funderburg (trainSETH) and James Lally (Ion Fit Club).
