ONLINE – Mindfulness to Navigate Uncertainty

Amidst the uncertainty and ever-changing nature of COVID-19, let’s gather virtually to practice mindfulness and expand our capacity to feel calm, centered and resilient.

This is a 7-day series and we’ll cover different evidence-based mindfulness techniques to reduce stress, manage isolation and loneliness, develop a growth mindset, extend loving kindness to others, and more.

These times are giving us a deeper understanding of our interconnectedness and the need to make conscious choices for the greater good. Group meditations are powerful ways to intensify feelings of awareness, relaxation and inner peace for ourselves, each other and the environment.

The Facebook Live video will start at 6:00PM on the Timucua Arts Foundation page. The stream will also be shared in this event.
