Roamin’ The Rhone – Thursday June 6th at 6:30pm

While the Rhone Valley garners a huge share of both critical and popular acclaim in the wine world, it is still a staggeringly diverse area full of familiar wines and names alongside others decidedly less so. With our “Roamin’ the Rhone” wine class, we’ll re-examine common appellations like Cotes-du-Rhone and Chateauneuf-du-Pape while engaging in a bit of off-roading with satellite sub zones and New World interpretations. We’ll also dig into the profiles of principal grapes like Grenache and Syrah, in order to better discover our palates and natural preferences within this very large category.
