SandwichEatUp- Orlando Meats w/ Scotch and “Good” Conversation

On Tuesday, October 23rd we will be heading to Orlando Meats near the Ivanhoe District along with Peter of the SCOTCH & “good” CONVERSATIONpodcast.

Orlando Meats is a family owned whole animal butcher shop that features locally sourced, pasture-raised meats. They recently won Orlando Weekly’s Best of Orlando award for Best Rotating Sandwich Menu such as Shake Hands with Beef or the Gizmo. Almost everything on the menu is made from scratch and produced in house so it rotates often depending on what is available.

I’ve teamed up with Peter from Scotch and Good Conversation podcast for this #SandwichEatUp since we both love this place and thought it would be great to meet up and share some sandwiches together.

What’s a Deli Fresh Threads #SandwichEatUp?

If you have not attended one of the many Deli Fresh Threads #SandwichEatUp events you may be wondering what is a #SandwichEatUp? Well, it’s a monthly sandwich meet up where anyone that enjoys a good sandwich can meet and try a new place along with others. Each month, I try to pick a sandwich shop that is not a chain, that I enjoy in the Central Florida area and we all meet up and help support another small business that makes great sandwiches. I usually do them after work on a weeknight (usually a slow night for a business and it makes easier to accommodate all of us).
