Esther Williams water skis and swims to Busby Berkeley’s aquatic choreography at fabulous Cypress Gardens in it’s 1953’s prime. The film features an elaborate water-skiing sequence in which Esther Williams and a squadron of other skiers ski in formation around Winter Haven’s Lake Eloise, maneuvering around cypress trees and executing high-speed jumps.
