The Sketchbook Project
March 4, 2018 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
In these monthly meetups, participants will hone their drawing abilities and fill a sketchbook with images of Central Florida.
The completed sketchbooks will be collected at the Museum on June 1, and then sent to the Brooklyn Art Library to be added to a growing collection of international sketchbooks. Your sketchbook will be digitized to ensure you can access it online after it is added to the Library’s collection.
The Sketchbook Project is a global art project organized by the Brooklyn Art Library in New York. There are over 36,000 sketchbooks in the collection from 100+ countries. The public is welcome to view and interact with the sketchbooks in the library. For more information, visit https://www.brooklynartlibrary.com/
