Uncle Matt’s Organic Grapefruit Pale Ale is 100% Citra hopped & brewed with fresh zest from Central Florida company, Uncle Matt’s Organic. The hop & zest impart a citrus zing and light tropical fruit characteristics.

Uncle Matt’s Organic Grapefruit Pale Ale was the second brew in our Violator Series, a line begun in 2013. Consequently, it was our second beer to ever violate the Reinheitsgebot (the German Purity Law of 1516).
