Uncomfortable Brunch presents David Lynch’s Mulholland Dr at Will’s Pub
It is crazy to think that we have been enjoying these niche movies over a meal with friends for 5 whole years now. Obviously that means that we need to play a movie by one of our all time favorite filmmakers, David Lynch.
After a car wreck on the winding Mulholland Drive renders a woman amnesiac, she and a perky Hollywood-hopeful search for clues and answers across Los Angeles in a twisting venture beyond dreams and reality.
This month’s menu, prepared by Mr. Danny Alvarez of The Nook:
Breakfast casserole with sausage, hash browns, pepper jack cheese, spinach, and mushrooms
Jalapeno cheddar grits
Vegan lemon blueberry
Framework Craft Coffee House will be on site to provide craft coffee and tea to take care of all of your caffeine needs.
Each month brunch is at Will’s Pub where we will enjoy the most pleasant of weekend social activities… brunch.
We then juxtapose that with the most unpleasant social activity… watching an academically important but ridiculously uncomfortable art film that every film lover SHOULD watch, just doesn’t necessarily WANT to watch with a group. It is fun.
