#WKT16 – Winter 2016 Session
Join experienced sculptor and instructor David Cumbie in the Crealdé foundry for this Introduction to Welding workshop. Over the weekend, you will design and create small sculptures from found objects. Learn everything you need to know, including practice cutting and basic welding techniques.
David Cumbie is a prominent, award-winning sculptor and has been an active member of the Central Florida arts community for more than 30 years. At Crealdé, he directs the sculpture programming and Central Florida’s only community-based bronze foundry. He also is the curator of the school’s Contemporary Sculpture Garden.
