As of Monday, October 15, Bishop Beale has just named Whit Duncan of Charlotte, North Carolina’s Crescent Communities as a new principal partner.

Duncan previously ran the operations of over 13 million SF of real estate across the Southeastern United States and has sold over 50,0000 acres of land – according to a release issued by the newly formed Bishop Beale Duncan Commercial Real Estate offices (Website).

The newly-formed principal-led firm, which includes Duncan, Michael Beale, and William Bishop, is now opening an office in Melbourne to oversee operations in Volusia, Brevard, and Indian River Counties, and another in Osceola County as well.

The Orlando offices of Bishop Beale Duncan are located at 250 N. Orange Avenue, Downtown.
