The Orlando Hospitality Alliance (Website) is hosting a grand finale to its year-long Foodie Choice Award series on Saturday, April 13, featuring the seven finalists from 2023’s food truck/pop-up competitions going head-to-head to see who will be crowned best-of-the-best.

The event is free to attend and open to the general public, with participating food trucks and pop-up foodpreneurs offering an exclusive menu item priced at just $7, created specifically for the competition, as well as their full menus.

The finalists include:

  • Nimbuya Food Truck
  • The Hook Orlando
  • Burgers and Booch
  • Tao Te Cheese
  • Parlor Kitchen
  • Over the Border
  • The Pass Kitchen

Guests can enjoy cocktails provided by James Beard-nominated Kaya Filipino while listening to live music and browsing an artisan market curated by Orlando Local Makers.

A panel of guest judges will also be in attendance to help rate the competitors on originality, taste, quality, brand, and service, including foodie influencers @RockstarKristin and @TravelingFoodGuys. Jami Salonga-Bailey of Kaya, Ricky Ly of TastyChomps.com, and Bungalower’s Brendan O’Connor will also be judging the entries.

The event is running from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. at Kaya Filipino (Instagram | Website) in Mills 50/Eola Heights.
