The Orlando International Fringe Theatre Festival has announced its 32nd annual fest return to Loch Haven Park on May 16-29, 2023.

The annual 14-day cultural event features over 2,000 ticketed performances spanning every genre imaginable, including dance, spoken word, musicals, comedy, burlesque, puppetry and more.

Free festival highlights this year will include an outdoor music festival, a visual art component called Visual Fringe, and weekend programming for families.

“This year’s theme, Festival Beautiful, is in honor of our beautiful City of Orlando.  As we enter into our 32nd year, we reflect on how far we’ve come.  We began Downtown in empty storefronts and on Church Street, and here we are again – full circle – back on Church Street decades later with the recently celebrated opening of our year-round venue Fringe ArtSpace, expanding our programming from Loch Haven Park with more shows, more activities and more art than ever before.  There’s nothing like Orlando Fringe.  I am proud to be a part of the oldest and largest Fringe in the U.S.  I hope everyone sees lots of shows, meets lots of new people, reconnects with lots of old friends and are moved by something they experience.”

– ALAUNA FRISKICS, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, ORLANDO FRINGE

Orlando Fringe will take over all of the cultural entities at Loch Haven Park, save the Science Center, including the Lowndes Shakespeare Center, Orlando Repertory Theatre, and the Orlando Museum of Art.

This year’s festival will also include the Fringe ArtSpace in downtown Orlando on historic Church Street in addition to a number of BYOV’s, or “Bring Your Own Venues, ” like The Abbey, Renaissance Theatre Company, Hamburger Mary’s, and The Starlite Room at Savoy in Ivanhoe Village.

Tickets for this year’s festival are scheduled to go live on April 17, with the official festival opening taking place on May 16.

Bungalower is a proud sponsor of this year’s festival and the Teal venue.
