UPDATE: The price has been reduced to $575,000.

Eddie Nickell, the owner of Bites and Bubbles (Facebook | Website), is selling the building the Mills 50 restaurant occupies in the hopes of moving to something bigger.

Located at 912 N. Mills Avenue [GMap], the turnkey restaurant building measures in at 1,100 SF and comes with a fully-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, two coolers, a grease trap, and a bar with taps. The building also has an office/storage room in the back.

The building currently has a set capacity of 44 people in its 900 SF dining room.

The building is listed for sale on LoopNet HERE for $699,000. All equipment, furniture, and supplies are included in the sales price.

Nickell told Bungalower that they simply have outgrown their space and are looking to stay in the Mills 50/Ivanhoe Village area.

“We are keeping the name. Business is booming and we are turning away more people than we can serve. We need a bigger space so we can get a full-liquor 4COP license. Our restaurant has been booked solid every night for the past several months and we need space.”

There is no immediate timeline for the move as Nickell is still looking for the ideal new space for his restaurant.

Contact Nicole L. Rader, Mainframe Real Estate at 407-484-4753 to schedule a private showing. The owners ask that you do not disturb patrons during business hours.
