Grand Opening Celebration
We’re throwing an old-fashioned barbeque for our grand opening on Sunday, November 5th! Everyone is invited to our celebration of food, friends, and family. We’ll be breaking down a whole hog for a special menu and slashing the price of our glorious Medium Rare Burger to $7.00 all day long. Beef Forequarter Butchery Demo
Have a beer with our butchers as they break down a beef forequarter and explain the techniques used to produce the cuts you know and the ones you don't. Learn about our beef, how it's raised, and the preferred cooking method for different cuts as you observe the craft of butchery up close. Light snacks from our kitchen will be provided and guests will go home with 1-2 lbs. of beef from the demo.

On Tuesday, October 23rd we will be heading to Orlando Meats near the Ivanhoe District along with Peter of the SCOTCH & "good" CONVERSATIONpodcast.
