The new six-story apartment complex is located at 899 N Orange Ave in the North Quarter district [GMap].

Residents will be able to begin moving into the first phase of the 246-unit building at the end of October.

The rates for the one-bedroom apartments start at $1300 and at $1785 for a two-bedroom.

The one-bedrooms range from 691 to 845 square feet and the two-bedrooms from 1,073 to 1,444 square feet.

The temporary leasing office is located across Orange Ave from the complex at 904 N Orange Ave [GMap].

The leasing office is currently open 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (open until 7:00 p.m on Tuesday and Thursday), Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m and Sunday 1:00 p.m. to 5:0 p.m.

The building will also house 11,500 square feet of retail including a new restaurant concept from a local restaurant group.

  1. Kellan, perhaps builders who anticipate a condo-conversion put more flesh on the bone, fewer hoops to jump through when the market pendulum goes back the other way

  2. They do look very nice. Does anyone know the build quality of this place? Wood frame vs. concrete? It seems so strange that on the corner of 50 and Orange the Steel House was built with wood frame, while the new hotel going in across the streets is block with poured concrete floors. Is this a code thing? Doesn’t really make much sense.

  3. I live across the street and can’t stand the building. Although I do appreciate the continued development, and hope there will be some interesting commerce to join.
