As first reported by our friends at Edible Orlando (Website), folks at Redlight Redlight (Facebook) will be adding food to their already robust and tasty menu of beer.
The Audubon Park-based brewery, located at 2810 Corrine Drive [GMap], will be adding a new onsite kitchen at the rear of the building with a tentative opening expected in summer 2022. The restaurant will be led by former East End Market Chef-in-Residence and 2018 Souper Douper competitor, Jes Tantalo, who has been hosting pop-ups at Redlight for the past few years.
According to Nancy Butler’s piece for Edible Orlando, Redlight’s menu will feature roughly 10 shareable “elevated pub food” dishes like fried smoked Florida mullet Fish and Chips alongside rotating seasonal options that will be available for dinner service during the week and on the weekend for brunch.
