Whiskey Lou’s Lounge will celebrate its 50th Anniversary next month.

The popular watering hole moved to its current home on Bumby at 121 N. Bumby Avenue [GMap] in the early ’70s after a stint in East Orlando. The eponymous owner, Lou Waters, died in 2008 and the business was purchased by a new group back in 2018. More on that HERE.

The anniversary bash will be hosted by Sabrina Ambra of Real Radio 104.1 on April 14 from noon to 8 p.m. with a lineup of local bands like JUNOsmile, Ukulaliens, Giddy Up Go, Muck Fire, Levon White, The Tremolords, DJ White Lightning, and more.

The evening will also feature giveaways with prizes that include vintage Whiskey Lou’s merchandise, free Yuengling beers, food by Wildside BBQ, and more.
