We were given the opportunity to tour one of the last remaining Alden Warehouses by the kind folks at Crossman & Company (Website), when we called to ask about the recent For Sale sign that had been installed out front. Β The property consists of a 4,000 SF mason block warehouse with an adjoined wooden building, estimated at about 6,000 SF.
The lot was previously owned by Hunter Chemical but has recently been sold. The new owner is still considering what to do with the site and what it would take to bring the wooden structure up to code.
Check out a drone video of the lot and its surroundings, shot by Tyler Wilkins, Crossman & Company and some of our own photos below. If you have any questions about the property or would like to lease the space for your business, reach out to Wilkins atΒ [email protected].

Hey Bungalower how about a bungalower events space?
If it was zoned and able to be used for our needs, I’m sure we’d jump on it if we had the money to do it. U0001f602
