The much-anticipated mixed-use development project, The Yard at Ivanhoe, is finally going vertical.
The roadwork is all but completed and the project developers are about to erect over 31,000 SF of retail and restaurant space alone.
The project will also include 591 Class A apartments, surface and garage parking. Notable on-site development carrots include green space, rooftop dining, and shipping container architecture.
