The Mennello Museum of American Art (Facebook | Website) is hosting a traveling poster exhibition entitled Votes For Women: A Portrait Of Persistence that celebrates the centennial of the 19th Amendment and explores the women’s suffrage movement.

The exhibition comes to Orlando via the Smithsonian as the nation approaches the 59th Presidential Election, and tells the story of voting rights, inclusion, and exclusion, via a series of poster tableaus which are available online HERE as well as on the front steps of the museum through election day on November 3 during normal museum hours, 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Tuesdays to Sundays, weather permitting.

The Mennello Museum is located at 900 E. Princeton Street [GMap].
