The Orange County Library System is looking to hire a new Director of Human Resources.
The role works under general direction to analyze and administer various components of the library’s human resources system, including employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits, recruitment, organizational development, and training.
The salary range is $42.95/hour and applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in human resources administration or a closely related field and five years of management-level human resources experience.
