Keep Orlando Beautiful (Website) is seeking local fashion designers and artists to create fashionable looks made from materials that would otherwise be headed to the landfill or recycling facility.
Selected designs will be featured at the Trash 2 Trends runway event on February 5, 2022, an annual blockbuster fundraising event that supports KOB’s community beautification and litter prevention programs. The 2022 event will be broadcast online for the first time in the series’ history.
A committee will select the top submissions based on the uniqueness and originality of the overall design, technical skills, and types of materials and/or how they were manipulated.
