Heart Strings and Maxine’s on Shine Present The 15th Annual John Lennon Tribute & Holiday Fundraiser
This year’s event will be an all ages, dog friendly, indoor outdoor reunion at Maxine’s on Shine, Sunday December 30th 12-7pm. Two stages will feature dozens of your favorite Central Florida musicians performing solo to full band. We’ll also have have local artists with original Lennon related artwork and fun for the whole family. Preceding the event will be a live remote broadcast of Sunday Morning Coming Down as heard Sunday mornings 9-12noon EST on Real Radio 104.1FM
Our Heartstrings charity efforts will aid 3 charities this year! You can help our local struggling vets by bringing “like new” clothing, shoes and blankets to the event. Money raised from this event will also go to aid local animal rescue efforts by Abbey’s Animal Rescue Inc. https://www.facebook.com/abbysanimalrescueinc/.
Additionally, we will be collecting functional ipods at our event for a program called Music and Memory to help victims of Alzheimer’s. Check out this short video and we hope to see you at this special annual celebration.
