Kale, arugula, spinach, butternut squash, fig, pepitas, lemon vinaigrette, shaved parmesan

Second Course

Maxine’s (chicken or vegetarian)

Signature penne pasta dish with roasted shallot, mushroom, cherry tomato, in marsala cream sauce, shaved parmesan

Third Course

Rum Ball

Each guest will also receive a glass of sparkling wine.
