Cask & Larder Tap Takeover at Pizza Bruno

In memory of Anthony Bourdain with 10% of proceeds from the night benefiting the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.

Pizza Bruno and Cask & Larder are joining forces for a one-night-only tap takeover featuring four of Cask’s newest seasonal releases. Each of Cask’s expertly crafted beers can be paired with a special menu item created by Chef Bruno exclusively for the evening. Special menu items include Nashville Hot Chicken Pizza with mozzarella, smoked gouda, smoked chicken and pickle relish; Wood Roasted Oysters with speck crumble and onion marmalade; and Zellwood Corn Spoon Bread with vanilla gelato, blueberry compote, and bourbon maple syrup.

Cask & Larder selections include the Foxtail Coffee Blonde, WildcatRye Pale Ale, Hurricane Bill IPA and Good Neighbor Belgian Tripel.
