
City of Orlando’s Bike [The Mayor] to Work Day 2023

Pedal into work with the City of Orlando’s Mayor Buddy Dyer for the 22nd annual Bike to Work Day!
WHEN: Friday, March 31, 2023
7 a.m.-8 a.m. Check-In/Registration at Lake Lorna Doone Park
8 a.m.-9 a.m. Mayor-led group ride to City Hall Plaza
8 a.m.-10 a.m. Bike to Work Day Celebration at City Hall Plaza
Riders will meet at 7 a.m. at Lake Lorna Doone Park, then head out at 8 a.m. on a police-escorted group ride through Creative Village and on to City Hall.
A Bike to Work Day celebration will be set up at City Hall Plaza at 8 a.m., where downtown employees can learn more about the City’s bike projects and connect to local organizations and resources.
Check out the Team Competition Scorecard (provided on 3/13/23) to learn how your team can compete for top prizes. Each employer team can elect a team captain who will lead the efforts in the team competition. Winners will be announced at the celebration at City Hall at 9 a.m.
Free, all-day parking is available at Lake Lorna Doone Park for Bike to Work Day participants.
A limited number of Bird, Helbiz, and Lime e-bikes will be available for those who want to participate in the group bike ride but do not own a bike. There are also a limited number of pedicabs available for those who would like to sit while enjoying the route through the heart of Downtown Orlando.
