Grand Opening Celebration with The Peace Lounge!

Please join us for a joyful evening of yoga and community as we celebrate the grand opening of The Heart of Hatha, your new neighborhood yoga studio and well-being hub!

Join The Peace Lounge for a yoga class led by Violette Jean, E-RYT 200, LMT with live original music by Full Sail professor and local musician, David Gibbs.

Violette leads a Hatha Yoga practice to align the body, mind and spirit. She uses gentle adjustments and aromatherapy leaving you feeling nourished, relaxed and rejuvenated. The class ends with Yoga Nidra (guided deep relaxation), shifting your energy to clear, balanced and peaceful.

David raises the vibration within the practice with his live original music and song.

Enjoy a relaxing 20-minute crystal bowl meditation led by Lisa McDonald, RYT. You may choose to lie back on your yoga mat with a blanket or sit up to absorb the healing tones created by the crystal bowls.

Express your creative spirit through henna art made of plant-based dye with Patricia from GreenLeaf Henna. Patricia has been in the healing arts for 10 years. She is both experienced and skilled in creating beautiful henna or jagua art with a temporary tattoo made of plant and fruit-based dye. She holds space for each one of her clients to make them feel special and to give the best service possible.

Mini plant-based wellness consultations for healthy empowered living with Mira Binzen. Do you need safe, effective and affordable health solutions? Chat with Mira to learn to become a healer in your own home. She will empower you with facts and inspire you with an experience of pure plant power.

Have a bite and a sip (or a few!) of local refreshments from Lentils, and Clean Juice Winter Park. Shahzad Gill, chef, and owner of Lentils, will provide eco-friendly vegan and vegetarian food which promote peace, respect, health, and love. Clean Juice Winter Park will be with us sharing their 100% USDA certified organic juices.
