Movie Trash – Tammy and the T-Rex

February 11 @ 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Movie Trash at The Nook presents
Tammy and the T-Rex
Satuday, February 11th at 8pm
This Valentine’s Day weekend we will be showing one of the best love stories ever made: Tammy and the T-Rex!
Story goes that Steward Raffill (acclaimed director of Movie Trash favorite Mac & Me) learned that he could have access to a fully animatronic dinosaur, but that it would only be available for a few weeks. So, he threw a script together and made movie magic happen almost on a whim. Now, being the early 90s… the direct-to-video market was a perfect way to get such an opus out to the world. But, as is the case far too often, the movie got chopped down to a PG-13 rating. Well, in 2019 the unedited “GORE CUT” was finally released, so you get to experience this flick as it was intended… with a comical amount of blood.
Stars Denise Richards and Paul Walker in very early roles and Terry Kiser (Bernie is the Weekend at Bernie’s flicks)… this movie is hilarious, campy, and all around amazing.
So see you at The Nook, bring a chair if you have one (we have seating, but it is limited).
As with all Movie Trash at The Nook screenings, it is free and open to the public. However, if you’d like to throw Orlando Pop-Up Movie Services a few bucks in the tip jar, that would be amazing.
