SandwichEatUp- AJ’s Press “Tasty Eats” Longwood

On March 31st, 2018 we are headed to AJ’s Press in Longwood, FL for a #SandwichEatUp. AJ’s Press is a local, family-owned business in Longwood, serving up warm pressed sandwiches and pressed breakfast sandwiches. The sandwiches are made with slow roasted meats and they use fresh Bolillo and Telera bread.
After meeting the Hesman family and trying the Crunchy Chicken, the Beer Braised Brisket and the Crunchy Fish on that delicious bread- I knew I needed to do a SandwichEatUp event here.

If you have not attended one of the many Deli Fresh Threads #SandwichEatUp events you may be wondering what is a #SandwichEatUp? Well, it’s a monthly sandwich meet up where anyone that enjoys a good sandwich can meet and try a new place along with others. Each month, I try to pick a sandwich shop that is not a chain, that I enjoy in the Central Florida area and we all meet up and help support another small business that makes great sandwiches. I usually do them after work on a weeknight (usually a slow night for a business and it makes easier to accommodate all of us).
