Survival Race

This Survival Race honors families of Veterans and First Responders KIA, wounded, or injured in the line of duty. It is a charitable event to raise funds for 10 CAN, Inc. This non-profit organization is a Christian Adventure Network that focuses on developing children of warriors through outdoor adventures.
Race begins at Blue Springs with a land navigational challenge. Next, competitors launch heading down the Santa Fe River. Destination is the Fort White Wilderness Area. Upon landing, competitors will hustle to their checkpoint for a timed check-in. Individuals and teams will be clocked seperately. All must survive the night with only the gear they carried with them from the beginning. The next morning will launch in reverse sequence. All will paddle to the Suwannee River, then head downstream to the finish line located at Hart Springs. An after-party will take place for all competitors, family, and friends. Ceremonies will recognize survivors and families of heroic individuals, sponsors, volunteers, donors, etc.
