More people, more cars, more traffic. Florida’s traffic headaches aren’t limited to rush hour along the I-4 corridor. Getting around in our most populated communities is a painful process. Transportation planners and state lawmakers talk about doing more for our drivers, but the construction that seems endless is often based on old data and is slow to yield results. Even our two major airports are growing. We’ll look at the worst spots for gridlock and whether there’s a short term solution in road building and public transportation.
Hosted by Anchor Tammie Fields, this town hall is free and open to the public, but those interested in attending must RSVP. All attendees are asked to arrive prior to 6:30 p.m. Additionally, the town hall will be televised live on Spectrum Bay News 9 and Spectrum News 13.
