There Will Be Verse presents A Valentine’s Day Massacre

Our first There Will Be Verse for 2017 will be a blockbuster show.

Starting the night off, four poets will compete to be the next #1 contender for the There Will Be Verse Championship.

Next, we will have a feature set from Sherdes Leona, Orlando’s represenative at the 2017 Women of the World Poetry Slam.

And finally, Kira Calvaresi defends her There Will Be Verse Championship against Eddie Dts Figures in a best of five bout, where all the poems have to be love poems.

All this for a $5 cover charge

Part of the proceeds will go to our featured poet to help pay for her costs at the Women of the World Poetry Slam.
