Orange County government is hosting a series of town hall meetings to hear how residents would like to guide the region’s growth through the next few decades by participating in the Vision 2050 comprehensive plan.
The new plan will essentially help guide Orange County’s next phase of growth by protecting natural resources, “respecting the diversity and character of established communities, increasing transportation choices, encouraging housing that meets the needs of every family, and connecting vibrant places.”
The county is expected to increase by 700,000 people over the next few decades, exceeding 2 million people by 2050.
Town hall meetings will be taking place throughout the county and are tailored to the region each meeting is hosted in.

Gilbert Baker designed the pride flag which is taken from the rainbow, a promise from God. He was a porn star. Is this really how all of you in this community want to be looked at and raise your children in. You are celebrating an entire month of bad morals. And then you expect parents want to send there kids to your schools. I have no problems with anyone but my children can not wear a rainbow to represent a promise from God without people judging there sex because you have to celebrate a porn star. No one should have a flag or anything representing who they prefer to have sex with. Especially when you are taking things from children that they love and that is good morally.
