The founder, Dana Marie Roquemore, would remain as CEO, but is looking for someone to scale her popular concept and grow it nationally. Their main responsibilities would be to oversee daily operations of the company, managing the business’s online presence, sales, managing the existing team, create and manage a scalable business plan, establishing operating principles, and more.
Applicants must have a passion for connecting people, “love finding ways of making money,” love numbers, have excellent communication skills, and an MBA is a bonus.
According to Roquemore, compensation is negotiable with the opportunity for equity.
