Too Much Sauce (Facebook | Website) is finally in a soft opening phase for their new location in Mills Park, in the former home of Giraffas Brazilian Grill [GMap].

The Too Much Sauce menu focuses on bowls with rice, and varying proteins and salads like the Buffalow Bill or Luau Pork Bowl. You can also mix and match your own for just under $10 a piece. Click HERE to see the menu or scroll down.
Guests choose their own sauces and carry them on sampler trays similar to those used for a flight of beers.
The grand opening is scheduled for some time next week, according to staff.
