A rezoning application has been filed that would allow for an 11-unit, rear-loading townhome on the corner of Robinson Street and North Hyer Avenue [GMap].
Currently named “T Park 11” the 11-unit development would be housed in three buildings as well as a duplex to act as a buffer with the nearby properties.
According to the paperwork filed with the City of Orlando, the applicant is Mark Kinchla (Website). Other Kinchla projects include Samsara and the recently announced Fountain VU 5, both of which are located in the Lake Eola Heights Historic District.
This project is tentatively scheduled for a public hearing with the Municipal Planning Board on May 15, 2018 and is likely to be revised.
