Gypset (FacebookWebsite), the popular handcrafted jewelry business based out of a mobile boutique, has just opened a brick and mortar shop in Ivanhoe Village.

Tucked away in the rear of the A&T Antiques building at 1620, Gypset already hosted their Grande Opening party on June 23. The space will be operated as both a production studio and a retail shop.

You may recall the floral pattern on the exterior of the shop as it matches the handpainted wallpaper that adorned the interior of the trailer, by Flax and Wool Designs (Instagram | Website).

A&T Antiques is in the process of selling off their rear warehouse to Alliance Realty, the developers behind the Broadstone Lakehouse project which will be built on the Baldwin-Fairchild property. That contract is still being closed but shoppers can currently enjoy a steeply discounted clearance sale of all goods in the back building.
