PHOTO VIA CITY OF ORLANDO

The City of Orlando’s Historic Preservation Board is looking for photographers to submit work for its next annual calendar.

The theme for the 2024 City of Orlando is “College Park.” Photographers can submit photos of structures that are at least 50 years old to qualify, and they must be taken within the College Park neighborhood. Submission subjects can be of individual details or an entire structure. Exterior or interior images of the subject will be accepted. It is highly encouraged that submissions be from areas of College Park that are not included in the Lake Adair/Lake Concord or Lake Ivanhoe National Register Districts.

College Park is known for having a wide variety of historical home styles, including Colonial Revival, Craftsman, Mediterranean Revival, Minimal Traditional, Mission, Neoclassical Revival and Tudor Revival.

A $100 honorarium will be awarded to each photographer whose picture is selected for the 2025 Historic Preservation Board Calendar, sponsored by McCoy Federal Credit Union.

The City of Orlando has produced the Historic Preservation Board Calendar since 1991.
