We’re guessing its only temporary (as most surface lots in the downtown core are suposed to be) but developers asked the city to approve the demolition of 811 N Magnolia Ave. The single story small office building sits next to a larger four story office building (801 N Magnolia Ave.) which is what we presume the surface lot will be used for. The proposal requires City Council approval because it’s in the downtown core and has more than 25% of the parking in a surface lot as opposed to a garage. We’ll update you once we get our hand on the full proposal.
