Developer Proposes New Entertainment Building on Orange & Pine in Downtown

A developer is looking to build a new building  at 30 S. Orange Ave (at Pine St.) in downtown Orlando [GMap].

According to documents submitted to the City of Orlando Appearance review board the building will be three floors and a total of 9,767 square feet.

The main use of the building being proposed is entertainment (restaurant and/or bar space). The submitted plans show a ground floor seating area, a second floor mezzanine, and a roof- top deck.

This is the third building proposed on the property since by Marc Bortz of 30 S Orange LLC purchased the property in 2011.

Only the elevations and rooftop patio were included in the staff report:
