After taking a tour of this charming house, it’s hard not to fall in love with it. I really see this house for a young starting family, there is a lot of room in the back to expand and it’s moving ready…nothing to renovate!

Yes but Buyers have a reasonable expectation of Fair Market Value … that’s why I advise toward fixer-uppers if possible — buyer doesn’t pay Marked Up improvement costs
